Universeal Deck Clean 60 is a professional foaming cleaner that targets grime, dirt deposits and organic build-ups to restore your deck and other hard external surfaces.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

1. Read these instructions thoroughly before proceeding. Ensure you have adequate personal protection, ie gloves, suitable protective eye-wear, face mask & clothing.
2. Prepare the area by clearing up and cleaning off loose debris.
3. Mix at a ratio of 1 part cleaner to 1 part water. Apply the product generously to the surface with a low-pressure sprayer, brush or flat mop. A sprayer will provide optimal foaming results.
4. Leave the cleaner to dwell for at least 60 minutes, it can be left longer for stubborn stained areas. In cases of heavy contamination, it may be necessary to reapply a second application before rinsing. Agitate lightly to remove any clinging surface deposits. Do not allow the product to dry completely, top up with more cleaner mix if needed.
5. Once fully clean, rinse thoroughly with plenty of tap water. The cleaning fluid can possibly harm vegetation or grass so try to avoid washing off onto garden or lawned areas. If this can’t be avoided rinse away with lots of clean water to dilute the cleaner.

Please Note:

Universeal Deck Clean 60 contains an active ingredient that will stain fabrics and sensitive materials. Take special care to avoid contact with fabrics. Always try the product in an inconspicuous area on-site before use.
