Shopping within the UK

Our website only accepts orders from GB customers at present. We are looking at expanding our e-commerce operation to encompass Europe and other overseas destinations but at present, we currently cannot accept orders from anywhere outside the UK.

Great value shipping from Universeal

Standard delivery cost for all mainland UK orders is £6.99 (including VAT) and is currently sent via courier, approximately 1-2 working day service. All deliveries will need to be signed for unless instructed to leave goods without signature by the customers. Depending on weight/bulk, goods are sent via pallet or professionally packed parcels.

Express and timed delivery services are available at extra cost, please ring our head office should you need a specific timed delivery.

We also now offer a lower postage rate of £3.50 inc VAT via Royal Mail for all orders less than 2kgs in weight with approximate delivery time of 3-5 working days.

Finally, we offer FREE SHIPPING (mainland UK only) for our 25ml Grout Sealer tester bottles and also our range of 150ml tester bottles for our high-performance sealer range.

Will you deliver to any location?

We do have geographical limitations, this is due to courier delivery zone limitations. We ship with our standard rate to all zone 1 locations (mainland England, Wales and lower Scotland), however, the higher areas of Scotland, the highlands, and the Scottish Isles are only available at fixed economy courier fees which are weight-based.

We also offer an economy delivery service for the Outer Zones: Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and The Channel Islands – this is also based on weight and is a maximum of 2kgs, charged at £3.50 inc VAT. Orders over 2kg cannot be delivered to these locations.  We cannot accept orders from EIRE (Republic of Ireland) – we apologise for any inconvenience.

Can I get free shipping if I spend £75?

Our free shipping offer only applies to mainland UK delivery locations. It cannot be used with outer zones, including IOW and the Scottish highlands and islands.

Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns on a limited basis, please review our product returns policy before ordering which can be viewed in our Contact Us section.

As we produce all our products in-house, we can nearly always guarantee that your desired product will be in stock at all times, so we can quickly dispatch the goods to you without delay.
