SUITABLE FOR ALL TYPES OF EXTERNAL BLOCK PAVING

Universeal Paving-PRO Block Paving Sealer is an outdoor sealer for block paving. Quick drying, the stone surface offers a durable satin finish that helps to prevent soiling and staining.

Universeal Paving-PRO Block Paving Sealer is a water-based polymerised protective coating that creates a durable finish on engineered block paving surfaces. Universeal Paving-PRO Block Paving Sealer is very easy to apply, is self-levelling and penetrates the substrate to protect against oil and water-based stains.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

1. Always perform a test in an inconspicuous area on-site to check the suitability of the product, prior to use – read these instructions fully before application.
2. The paved surface to be treated must be clear of debris, completely dry and ideally recently cleaned.
3. Apply thinly with a sponge, paint pad, brush or sprayer (we do not recommend using a roller). The sealer must be applied thinly and evenly, any puddling or pooling of the sealer must be distributed evenly across the surface before allowing to dry.
4. After 60-90 minutes check to see if the first application is touch dry and ready to receive a second coat. Repeat the process taking care not to overapply.
5. Always allow a minimum of 2-3 hours drying time before limited footfall to ensure maximum long-term protection.

Please Note:

Application range: 5°c – 20°c. In colder conditions, the drying time may be extended, do not walk upon or apply further coats until the sealer is completely dry. Always perform a test patch in an inconspicuous area on-site prior to use.

Stain Protection

Please note that sealing your paving or tiled surfaces does not guarantee complete stain prevention. However, when applied correctly, a quality sealer will significantly enhance your surface’s appearance and durability, making regular cleaning and maintenance much easier.

Storage Information:

Product shelf life is 12 months from production date (shown on cap) when unopened and stored at room temperature. After opening, use within 3 months.
